Lord of the Riven World

Reality is a fragile façade, tearing open to reveal an abyss of incomprehensible horrors. A gifted strategist, uniquely able to perceive the encroaching corruption, is thrust into a secret war to protect his loved ones. In this world, power is a corrupting gift from the abyss, demanding a price in sanity and flesh with every use. To survive, he assembles a squad of fellow outcasts—a found family of monsters fighting greater monsters.
