The Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by or licensed to NovelShow and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Platform
Use NovelShow trademarks or branding without prior written permission
Misrepresent any affiliation with NovelShow

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate any laws or third-party rights
Distribute malicious software or harmful code
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s operation or security
Scrape, crawl, or extract data or content from the Platform
Reverse engineer or attempt to access the Platform’s source code

5. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deactivation, your profile will no longer be publicly visible, though certain content may remain in anonymized form.

NovelShow may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Platform or its users.

6. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovelShow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovelShow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

In no event shall NovelShow’s total aggregate liability exceed RMB ¥100.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NovelShow and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or display third-party advertisements. NovelShow does not control or endorse such third parties and is not responsible for their content or practices.

Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction at the place where NovelShow is registered.

11. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NovelShow regarding the Platform
Severability: Invalid provisions shall not affect the remaining Terms
No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without consent; NovelShow may assign freely
